Investment Origination & Structuringfor Real Asset Platforms

We build investment platforms with institutional capital.

Our Services

Telam originates and structures investment platforms with institutional capital, engages in complex strategic situations, and supports international market entry.

What we do

We originate platforms, structure them and bring in institutional capital.

For Operators

We identify specialist operators, assets and corporate situations before they become widely marketed processes, shaping investable platforms with the governance, positioning and transaction architecture required by institutional capital.

  • Platform structuring and governance
  • Investor narrative and positioning
  • Access to institutional capital
For Funds

We bring the right investors into the right situations through selective processes aligned with platform quality and long-term outcomes — delivering proprietary deal flow that would not otherwise be accessible.

  • Proprietary pipeline across five sectors
  • Fully structured platform opportunities
  • Combined team track record of over $12B in executed transactions
Why Telam

Three capabilities.
Where we operate.

Platform Origination & Structuring

We identify specialist operators, assets and corporate situations before they reach widely marketed processes. We then structure investable platforms with the governance, positioning and transaction architecture required by institutional capital.

Complex Situations

We engage in complex institutional and regulatory contexts, including negotiations and resolution of large-scale investment disputes where access, positioning and execution are critical.

Market Entry

We support international companies in establishing and scaling operations in Spain and Portugal through direct access to industrial and institutional stakeholders.

How we work

Three steps.
One aligned process.

Origination

We work with operators and asset platforms before they reach the market, validating investor appetite and platform potential before any structuring begins.

  • Direct fund relationships
  • Off-market access
  • Validation before positioning
01
Originate the opportunity
  • Direct operator access
  • Off-market situations
  • Before the market process
02
Structure the platform
  • Governance and transaction architecture
  • Institutional investment thesis
  • Positioned for institutional capital
03
Execute with alignment

Selective investor processes,
aligned with platform quality
and long-term outcomes.

Long-term Alignment

We remain involved beyond execution, providing continuity across governance, capital dialogue and platform development where alignment materially affects outcomes.

  • Board-level continuity
  • Ongoing investor relations
  • Platform governance support
Strategic Situations

where access is decisive.

We engage in complex institutional and regulatory contexts where access, positioning and execution are critical.

Institutional & Regulatory Contexts
