Investment Origination & Structuringfor Real Asset Platforms

We build investment platforms with institutional capital.

Approach

Telam originates, structures and executes investment platforms with institutional capital across energy, digital infrastructure, industrial technology and natural capital.

What we do

We sit at the intersection of operators and capital.

For Operators

Specialist operators with a proven track record require more than capital. They require institutional structure, governance, and a credible investment narrative. We provide exactly that.

  • Platform structuring and governance
  • Investor narrative and positioning
  • Access to institutional capital
For Funds

The most compelling real asset opportunities sit with specialist operators who lack institutional profile. Telam Partners sources, structures, and introduces these platforms, delivering proprietary deal flow that would not otherwise be accessible.

  • Proprietary pipeline across active sectors
  • Fully structured platform opportunities
  • Track record demonstrated across multiple closed platforms

Alignment

Fully aligned with our clients throughout the process, combining discretion, commitment and hands-on support from initial positioning through to completion.

How we work

Three steps.
