Silvia Sorribas


Silvia holds a J.D. Law Degree from the University of Barcelona (1990) and has completed the Senior Advance Business Program (PADE) at IESE Business School in Barcelona (2010). She began her career at Arthur Andersen in 1990 and, following its merger with the largest law firm in Spain, Garrigues, she was promoted to Equity Partner (having been the first woman appointed partner in the firm). Following a tenure of over 20 years at Garrigues, Silvia joined KPMG as Partner, before joining TELAM in 2016. She is currently also a professor at ESADE Business & Law School.


Ms. Silvia Sorribas advises national and international corporations on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions, as well as on corporate governance. She has been continuously nominated by “Best Lawyers” as one of the top lawyers in Spain.
